This special event at St Antony’s College will mark and celebrate the life and attainments of Max Watson, concentrating on his professional and academic career, ideas and achievements: with a series of tributes from those who have worked with Max in various capacities over the years.

The programme is designed to tell the story of Max’s career as “A tale of three cities”: in Washington with the IMF, in Brussels with the European Union, and in Oxford as a senior academic.
