About this event

This session is designed to help contractors strategically plan programmes of works that suit all parties in a Warm Homes Scheme project. To plan the most effective delivery schedule a contractor needs to know the key fundamentals of how the funding scheme works. We will cover this briefly before helping you understand how this can help you plan a programme of works.

  • Step 1: Key timelines
  • Step 2: Planning for financial years and grant drawdown dates
  • Step 3: Key considerations: money, planning, hard to treat, measures, tenants, lodgements
  • Step 4: How to split homes in light of those key considerations
  • Step 5: Communications and working with your client
