This workshop is for women who want to increase their self-awareness and thereby their self-confidence. Values shape who we are, our beliefs and our behaviours. Through this reflective and interactive workshop you will discover what drives you and how to create the conditions whereby you can be your ‘best self’. We will also examine ‘negative beliefs’ and how they may be holding you back. If you have ever questioned whether you’re good enough, or if you have a tendency to strive for perfection, then this is the workshop for you.

Content:
a. Values: How are values shape who we are. Consider: What drives you at work? What do you value? What happens when your values are ‘crossed?
b. Beliefs: How beliefs shape what we do: Imposter syndrome - recognise the signs and use it as a force for good. What are negative beliefs (ABC model) and how can you change them (table leg exercise). The Reticular Activating System.
c. Strengths: The importance of identifying your energising strengths and build on these (strengths exercise). Our blind spots: strengths overplayed

Attendees will leave with greater self-awareness and the tools to be their best self at work. They will know how to address negative beliefs that may be holding them back. They will also be able to readily identify their energising strengths and play to these at work.
