Overview

In this drop-in session, we will discuss how contractors can strategically plan programmes of retrofit works

About this event

In this drop-in session, we will discuss how contractors can strategically plan programmes of works that suit all parties in a Warm Homes Scheme project. To plan the most effective delivery schedule a contractor needs to know the key fundamentals of how the funding scheme works - and will include:

  • Key timelines
  • Planning for financial years and grant drawdown dates
  • Key considerations: money, planning, hard to treat, measures, tenants, lodgements
  • How to split homes in light of those key considerations
  • Communications and working with your client

Our expert will lead this drop-in clinic to guide and navigate your queries, opening and facilitating a space for discussion.
