Event
Maximising The Impact of Black Network Groups
Date: 25th February 2021
Time: 1900- 20.30
The role of the black employee network has never been as important as it is right now! The power of the collective is well known and in this event, we look at the Black Network at Deloitte and the work being undertaken to disrupt racial inequality.
Join us as we discuss:
- How to build and maintain a successful Black Employee Network
- Making impactful differences and success stories
- Engaging with the organisation and overcoming challenges faced
- Visions for the future and how to keep the narrative going!
Black Employee Networks are now being welcomed and encouraged by many employers. Now is the time for all black employees to connect, inorder to redefine and shape how they experience the workspace. If we do not actively work to take our place at the table, we cannot question decisions that are made on our behalf!
