Do you meet your customers face to face but feel nervous about what to say? Then this workshop is for you as it is designed to teach you how to get the most from the meeting. It gives a structured approach which helps you win business without your customer feeling “sold to” and you feeling uncomfortable about “selling” your product or services. At the end of this workshop, you will: -
• Understand the importance of face-to-face meetings
• Have learnt how to identify different personality types
• Be able to adapt your style to build relationships quickly and effectively with people
• Have learnt the importance of the use of body language when communicating
• Have a structure to follow at your face-to-face meeting and prepared questions relevant to your business
• Be able to demonstrate how to resolve a customer’s problems using your product/service
• Be comfortable in closing and asking for business
