When is the best time to book a Hypnobirthing course?

Accepted Answer

Any time from week 20.  The earlier you book, the more time to practice the techniques.  The closer to your due date and the fresher everything can be in your mind.  My support continues until your baby is born, so if you book early and then have questions, I am always available.

How does a face to face course differ from an online?

Both have benefits.  A face to face course ensures you dedicate time each week to thinking about your birth.  It makes you accountable.  It gives you the chance to ask questions relevant to your pregnancy and if things change after an appointment, it helps guide you with personalised support.
