The Full Moon is upon us on 23 May 2024. At this significant time the light of the sun illuminates the moon fully, and its energies can be felt at least 1 week ahead and 1 week after it reaches peak illumination. It signifies a time to release and bring closure to things that no longer serve our highest good. It is also a time to reflect, ground ourselves and be in gratitude for the harvest of the seeds planted at the time of the new moon, and previously set intentions, efforts and self-expansion to date.
