Guidance for visiting
Visitors are encouraged to book free tickets in advance for an allocated time slot. This will help us manage the number of people visiting.
If building capacity is reached, visitors who have not booked may be asked to wait for a few minutes.

Unfortunately we cannot accept refund requests on donation tickets.
Cancellations
In the event of the Covid-19 situation changing, we may need to cancel your booking at short notice. We will endeavour to do this as soon as possible.
If you are unable to attend your booked slot for any reason, please be considerate to other visitors and cancel your booking so that we can enable others to visit.
Stay at home if you're feeling unwell
Please remember, anyone with coronavirus symptoms should not come to the gallery. You should follow government guidelines and stay at home.
