About this Event

ANNUAL GUEST LECTURE JUNE 27th, 10:30am

at Christ Church, 26 Stoneham St, Coggeshall, CO6 1UH

May Morris: new perspectives. Speaker: Dr. Lynn Hulse

An authority on May Morris and former Archivist at the Royal School of Needlework, Lynn brought together the essays contained within May Morris: Art & Life, which in 2017 was published by the Friends of the William Morris Gallery, where she is Chair of the Trustees of the Brangwyn Gift. This is a special chance to hear about the life and work of May Morris, who was influential both in her own right and as the guardian of the work of her father, William Morris.
