Yes, elements of Mayan cosmology are often woven in. Cinzia is trained in Mayan sacred timekeeping and works with the wisdom of the Cholq’ij calendar, sharing ancestral insights and archetypes when appropriate.

Do I need experience with shamanic journeying to attend?

Not at all. Beginners are very welcome! You’ll be gently guided through the process, and there's no right or wrong way to experience it.

What do I need to prepare?

Headphones or good speakers

An eye covering or scarf (optional)

A candle or small sacred object for your personal altar (optional)
