Not at all. This circle is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll be gently guided through each part of the experience.

Bring a journal and pen for insights, a comfortable cushion or blanket if you wish to sit on the floor, and anything sacred or symbolic you'd like to place on the altar (optional).
