The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaches practical life skills for a quieter mind, greater peace, improved sleep, increased focus, more energy, greater resilience, enhanced relationships and a more calm and balanced life.
MBSR is a well researched and evidence based course developed by Dr Jon-Kabat Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr Kabat-Zinn integrated western science and medicine with meditation and yoga practices into the MBSR program.
Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to help people cope with stress, anxiety and depression.
