About this Event
My name is Lynda Mattravers and I'm a qualified counsellor and MBSR Teacher of both adults and children.
Over the next 8 weeks I plan to teach you a range of meditations, techniques and coping strategies to help you deal more effectively with your psychological or physical difficulties. During this challenging and ever changing time this course will enable you to feel more content, in control and at ease.
The programme will last for 8 weeks and each session will run for a duration of 2 hours via Zoom. You will need to attend a minimum of 6 out of 8 sessions to gain a certificate.
To conclude your course there will be a half day retreat, which will take place Saturday 6th March 2021.
No prior meditation experience required, great for beginners and advanced meditators alike. This would make an ideal Christmas present, a voucher can be sent to the recipient.
