Improve wellbeing and reduce stress with: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). During mindfulness sessions we practice sitting still, cultivating the subtle art of wakefulness and watchfulness: resting in awareness and relaxing with interest in the nature of being; paying close attention to qualities and types of sensations in direct experience including feelings and thoughts. We practice and develop skills and attitudes that enable and support insights into various aspects of experience and help reduce stress: We learn to notice, and attend, to triggers and causes of stress, distress and panic. This course will enable you to manage your stress levels and become of aware of yourself and your life in new and meaningful ways.
