M&C Workshop: The Casting Process
Come join us for a hands-on workshop at Theatre Deli, where we will be looking at the practical processes casting directors go through to select who to audition, followed by what factors are considered between casting directors, directors and producers for who lands the role. Whether you're a seasoned actor or just starting out, this workshop will provide a better understanding of the workings beyond the material on your Spotlight and the audition you perform. In turn, it will help to shift perspective when auditioning and hopefully free you of nerves, self-doubt or hard rejection if an audition doesn't swing in your favour.
As well as all of this good stuff, it is a chance for Phil, Kerrie and I to see you in the flesh - building our relationship and informing our work for better-matched jobs.
