Have you ever experienced conflict or witnessed anti-social behaviour and wished you were better equiped to deal with the situation? Managing conflict, confrontation and agression can be difficult, but sometimes we have no choice. Whether it's anti-social behaviour in your community or conflict in the workplace, this course will show you how to respond safely and how to influence a positive outcome.
This course is delivered by Dfuse.

Car parking at the Orchard is for Staff only. Asda is a 5 minute walk and there is on street parking for 2 Hours.
This is part of a programme of training to support the growth and development of voluntary sector groups provided with funding by Crawley Borough Council.
