As we continue our MCA Women in Construction event series, we will be inviting women in construction to discuss what they feel the tagline for International Women's Day - Choose to Challenge - means to them.

The construction sector has been talking about skill shortages for years but if more companies embrace the value that women and other diverse groups could bring in, this could address the skills shortages and add value to the sector in terms of diverse ideas.

In the event, we will be discussing the following:

• What 'Choose to Challenge' means to women in construction?
• How does our panel see the 'Choose to Challenge' tagline in terms of their profession?
• How can the future generation use the 'Choose to Challenge' tagline to be inspired for their future professions?

• Toni Eastwood OBE - Transformation Guru in Chief will be sharing what she does to assist women into the sector.
