Do I have to stay with my child at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, whilst attending our event we expect that you stay with your child at all times. We are not qualified to look after children so they will need a Parent or Guardian with them.

Do I need to buy a ticket for each child?

Yes, we require that any child you wish to bring has their own ticket.

What do I get for my money?

Accepted Answer

We have an excellent range of sensory toys to keep your young ones happy including fidget toys, stacking blocks, water colouring, sensory objects and much more. We will also provide a snack and a drink for the children, and a hot drink for the adults. All profit is donated to our chosen charity.

Question 4

Where within the restaurant will the event take place?

We will have exclusive access to the upstairs Dining Area without interruption from other customers. We will lower the lights and turn down the music to create a pleasant atmosphere for your children. Access to the upstairs Dining Area is only available via stairs.

Question 5

Why are there so few tickets available?

Whilst we are trialing this event we want to ensure that there are no sensory overloads for your children. In the future, depending on the success of the event we may open up more spaces.

Question 6

Can I order extra food whilst at the event?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We have a dedicated kiosk available in the upstairs Dining Area and you will be able to order through the MyMcDonald's app. If this is an issue, we will have a staff member with you at all times who is able to assist with anything. With all options we will offer table service.
