McLaren Construction - Supplier Engagement Event

MCLAREN WISH TO ENGAGE WITH LOCAL SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS REGARDING UPCOMING PARKER HOUSE REDEVELOPMENT
McLaren Construction has successfully secured the Parker House redevelopment contract and is looking to engage with suppliers and contractors in the local area as part of their commitment to the local community.
The proposed scheme consists of: The redevelopment of Parker House (Parker Street, London, WC2B), including retention and works to the existing main facade.
The existing structure behind the main facade is to be entirely demolished. A new structure will be constructed behind the retained facade. The new structure will contain a one storey basement and six additional storeys above the ground floor of the building. All floors, including the ground floor, will include a total of 40 residential units for market sale and four additional affordable units, whilst the new basement will house two of the residential units, the plant, a gym and other amenities.

At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with key personnel and procurement decision makers from McLaren Construction.
The event will be hosted in an informal manner and attendees can register online with no prior appointments necessary.
Meetings will be short, informal and on a first come, first served basis.
The event will take place from 08:30 to 11:30 at Committee Room 2, Camden Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE on Thursday 6th April and will be free to Constructionline members and non-members.
