About this event
All Participants will need appropriate clothing & footwear for outdoor & indoor activities on the day, a lunch will be provided on the but we encourage that a refillable water bottle is brought from home to maintain hydration on the day. Could all participants arrive for 10:45 am for registration so the session can start prompt at 11 o'clock.
