About Natali Castro

Physical theatre performer and social scientist; Natali's fascination for humanity in motion as taken her to study contemporary dance, mime and physical performance. She is continuously exploring the relationships in between body/mind/spirit mainly via articulated movement and performance, as well as through embodying therapies, yoga asanas and tantric meditation. Her social motif assumes authentic, conscious movement as a departure point for both re defining and consolidating relationships of all kind, including family, friends, neighbourhood, spiritual togetherness and others ways of practising community.

About Lisa-Marie Cresswell

Lisa-Marie has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years. Her background is in natural approaches to healing and health of the body mind and heart. As a Naturopath she realises the diversity of elements or lack of elements that contribute to the health and well being of any individual. She is interested in both motion and stillness and the impact they have on our own inner equilibrium.
How body movement and breath guide the mind, heart and spirit into stillness. And how this leads into a deeper connection to oneself which opens the doors into deeper connection with family and the wider community. She believes that our bodies and nature are our wisest guides and that by tuning into our bodies we engage with our inner power and true nature.
