Meadow Creation in Ivybridge

Join us at the green space next to Gorse Way to prepare the ground and sow wildflower seeds. No previous experience required, just bring yourself with some sensible outdoor clothes & shoes, gardening gloves, and a snack. Come for as long or short a time as you would like throughout the day.

A mix of perennial wildflowers and grasses will benefit insects, like bees and butterflies, as well as small mammals. This is one of a number of new meadows being created in Ivybridge this autumn and, once established, they will add life and colour around the town.
