Meadow Creation in Ivybridge

Join us at Woodland Park to prepare the ground and sow wildflower seeds. No previous experience required, just bring yourself with some sensible outdoor clothes & shoes, gardening gloves, and a snack. Come for as long or short a time as you would like throughout the day.

A mix of perennial wildflowers and grasses will benefit insects, like bees and butterflies, as well as small mammals. This is one of a number of new meadows being created in Ivybridge this autumn and, once established, they will add life and colour around the town.
