Meadow - the second in the series of Buyers Club's foraging dinners - will explore wild and local ingredients that can be found and foraged on the Cheshire plains.
As with last month’s sold-out dinner, Shoreline, which showcased an array of exquisite ingredients from the North Wales coast - all the main elements of the dishes will be hand-foraged in Cheshire by the chefs themselves.
With a differently themed dinner taking place each month, Meadow will be followed by Woodland & Mountain, two further dinners which aim to explore wild and local ingredients from South Lakeland and Snowdonia.
With just 30 places available, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
