Event description
MEAM South West Learning Hub: Supporting Women Experiencing Multiple Disadvantage

About this Event

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a MEAM Learning Hub, developed in partnership with Agenda (www.weareagenda.org). Together we will explore how we understand multiple disadvantage through a gender-informed lens, and share effective ways of engaging with and supporting women.

The full agenda for the day is still being developed as we are in the process of coproducing this with women with lived experience, representatives from the MEAM coalition and representatives from Agenda.

As with previous Learning Hubs, there is a minimum of two spaces available for each area. Please invite the people you feel are most relevant. This may be operational staff such as navigators or specialist women’s workers, but it may also be relevant for people who design and commission services for women. Women with lived experience of multiple disadvantage are encouraged to attend if the day is of interest.

Please use the Eventbrite to book your spaces. If you require additional spaces please contact your local partnership's manager to request this and we will allocate once all areas have had the opportunity to book.

Important Information

Please make every effort to arrive at the event on time and stay for the entire session, if this is not possible please get in touch with us to discuss in advance.

If you are unable to attend the date you've been allocated in your area, contact your local Partnerships Manager and we'll try and help you to make arrangements to attend a hub somewhere else in the country.
