Has your loved one, family member or friend been diagnosed with Dementia?
We understand the importance of keeping connected to the person you are caring for, and to maintain a positive relationship. In the early stages of a diagnosis, information available about the condition can be considered too little to fully understand what to expect for the future, or an overload which becomes overwhelming.
