Event description
Join us over a cuppa for a conversation café exploring building better relationships through the power and value of our lived experience.

About this event

How can one off conversations move to valuable dialogue?

We are looking for people passionate about lived experience engagement to join us at this online conversation café.

Do you work or volunteer in in mental health in Scotland? Maybe you manage, deliver or design frontline mental health services? Or do you have experience of requiring mental health support?

People have told us valuing meaningful engagement means building valued relationships leading to valuable dialogue. Moving from the more formal traditional forms of engagement to a more informal relational way of working together.

This is one of three events making up a series of cafés concentrating on how we can better relate to lived experience. This café will focus on how can we build meaningful relationships to move from engaging in one off conversations, to valuable ongoing dialogue between people accessing and working in services alike.

Join us over a cuppa to share and hear invaluable insights and experiences. As we move together from the ‘what is’ meaningful engagement to the ‘how to’ meaningfully engage.
