Talk about wellbeing and ways people can improve their experience of their work.

About this event

Wellbeing at work is of increasing interest to many. In the search for improving satisfaction and wellbeing at work, researchers have investigated Meaningful work, which has been defined as the subjective experience of existential significance as the result of the fit between the individual and work’*.  

Pauline Davies, ARU, gives an introduction to our current understanding of meaningful work and will focus on wellbeing and ways people can improve their experience of their work.

Pauline’s career combines qualifications and experience as a health professional and leader and organisation development and human resources professional. She is a doctoral Researcher at ARU and has an ongoing interest in health, work and leadership of health and public services. She is a registered nurse who has led and managed mental health services.
