Volunteering is a powerful force for good, but are you truly maximising its potential? Many charities overlook the importance of measuring volunteer impact. This workshop will equip you with the tools to transform volunteer activity into tangible results.

In this workshop, you will discover how to:

  • Align volunteer activities with your strategic mission
  • Demonstrate the value of volunteering to funders and stakeholders
  • Move beyond traditional metrics to measure real societal impact
  • Utilise balanced scorecards to create a comprehensive impact assessment tool for now and the future
  • Capture the value of volunteer contributions beyond time spent
  • Build a compelling case for support through data-driven insights
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness by understanding volunteer impact

By understanding the true value of your volunteers, you can increase your chances of securing funding, optimise resource allocation, and create a more effective organisation. Don't miss this opportunity to unlock and realise the full potential of your volunteers.

About Time For Impact

With 25 years of experience leading charities and a passion for volunteer engagement, Chris founded Time for Impact. Driven by a desire to modernise how charities approach volunteering, he empowers organisations to unlock the transformative power of volunteers. His aim is to cultivate thriving communities of participation.

Previously, Chris chaired the National Network of Volunteering Agencies and was a trustee of NCVO and Volunteering England and the Institute for Volunteer Research. He held leadership, Director and CEO positions across the sector, most recently as Director of People at the MND Association.

Each workshop has 25 places offered on a strictly first come first served basis so, to ensure a place, make sure to book a ticket as soon as possible. Places are charged at £11* for The Fore grantees and at £16* for all other attendees.

*Ticket prices listed are exclusive of Eventbrite fees.
