Tea and coffee will be available from 6.30pm, with the event starting promptly.

A representative from Dunbia will discuss their requirements when procuring animals and how producers can best meet their specifications.

Adrian Crowe, industry specialist, will go through the grading process and how to get the best return on their animals, avoiding condemnations etc.

Helen Marsden of Farm Stock Scotland Ltd will provide an update on market trends and how producers can provide what the buyer wants, when they want it.

Attendees will be given guidance on carcass grading of home finished cattle and lambs, to help with determining if they are ready for sale and to ensure maximised returns.

There will be an opportunity for discussion and Q&A.
