At the end of this 3 hour session, you will:
• be committed to cascading MECC within your place of work
• recognise that MECC is relevant to own role
- it is recommended the following E-learning package should be completed (which will take up to an hour): Making Every Contact Count - elearning for healthcare (e-lfh.org.uk)
The E-learning modules include:
• Module 1: What is MECC and why is it important
• Module 2: How to have a MECC conversation
• Module 3: Signposting
