Media Resilience Training in Manchester
Wed 22 March 2017, 17:45 – 21:00 GMT
This training will cover media resilience and engagement and utilising social media to engage the wider community.
Places of worship do a great deal of good work but they often fall short of highlighting their work to the wider community.
This training will assist in:
- Highlighting all the good work that your institution is doing.
- Engage your stakeholders better.
- Identifying what social media platform to use for an event, campaign or press release.
- Becoming savvier in responding to incidences or crises.
This training is one way of facilitating the gap in knowledge that institutions have in engaging their stakeholders.
Date: Wednesday 22 March 2017 – 5:45pm to 9pm
Venue: 2A Higher Ardwick, Manchester, M12 6BZ
In the current political climate, places of worship need to be more savvy in how they respond to accusations and incidences. This training will enable your institution to put together a framework that is fair practical and effective in responding to such situations.
The training will be facilitated by a communication specialist within the faith sector.
Through the use of best practice and case studies, you will be able to formulate a more robust communication strategy.
Refreshments will be provided.
