Mediation for the Child at Heart

Following the huge success of last year’s webinars, our webinar 'Mediation for the Child at Heart' will be available monthly throughout 2026. It focuses on making the most of SEND mediations and meetings for the children and young people. The format is a presentation followed by Q&A.

The training is primarily for SEND officers and SENDIASS representatives. We consider this webinar to be especially useful to new SEND professionals who will be participating in 'courageous conversations' with parents, carers and young people and mediation. More experienced LA staff have told us they found the session very helpful too!
