Medication in behaviour modification
Monday, 4 January 2016 from 20:00 to 21:30 (GMT)
Sarah Heath, well-known veterinary behaviourist, author and lecturer, who runs her behaviour medicine referral practice in Cheshire, will present up to date information on medication in behavioural medicine, use of supplements such as Kalm Aid, Nutracalm, Zylkene, and other supplementary therapies. With a specific slant on the practical applications of these drugs and therapies in behaviour, Sarah will discuss when and what to discuss with vets, when to avoid mixing nutraceuticals with drug therapies and the modes of action of the most commonly used products.
