Join us for a local excursion into nature and learn about medicinal herbs and trees.

What about spending a Sunday morning on an inspiring herb walk, to follow Claire, local medical herbalist, in discovering the medicinal herbs growing just on your doorstep? We'll walk around the park and study at least 10 different seasonal medicinal plants, their properties, and how to use them.

The walk takes 2 hours at a slow pace, and is accessible to wheelchairs. We will be walking on the paths around the park, and depending on the weather, wearing appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes might be considered. The event is weather dependent and may need to be postponed.

Tickets include a tasting of a selection of herbal tinctures and a pdf guide of the herbs we have studied.

Meeting point at 9:55 by Slades Park Pavilion (cafe). Parking on Ensbury Avenue or in Slades Farm Car Park. Max 12 people.
