Description

Take a step back into the oldest part of London and travel from the depths of church crypts to alleys and courtyards where thousands of men, women and children once walked, lived and loved. From unique traditions and ancient customs, the start of the East End and the last surviving buildings from London's Dark Ages.

Highlights include:

  • St Ethelburga-within-Bishopgate
  • St Helen Bishopgate
  • St Mary Axe
  • The Aldgate Pump
  • St Katherine Cree
  • The Holy Trinity monastic remains
  • All Hallows Stainign
  • St Olave Hart Street
  • All Hallows by-the-Tower

Every attendee to the walk will get a list of each location we visit, along with dates and details of the City ceremonies covered so you can explore and attend each of them afterward.


Please dress appropriately based on the weather.

If you do not want to pay in advance and pay in person, you can, but you must email me to let me know you're planning on attending and for me to confirm that there are still places available.
