Inner peace, outer peace : two sessions about fostering harmony, on the occasion of the International Day of Peace (14th & 21st of September, come for either or for both sessions).
Through focussing on the heart, we gradually attune the mind/heart field into a more balanced and integrated condition.
The sessions will include special peace-focused practices, and heart-based meditation … We will share some simple meditation tips to practice at home or experience in a group. There will also be time to connect and share.
Heartfulness is a set of meditation practices derived from Raja Yoga, adapting ancient techniques to modern ways of life. It is a gentle, self-moderating system that aims to balance the mind and foster simplicity and clarity.
Open to all above 18 years old – beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
