What to expect: This 1 hour session will contain a 10minute guided breathing meditation, a 25-30 minute talk, a second 15minute meditation, and some time for questions at the end.
Attend this first session free of charge when you book through eventbrite. No experience necessary. No special clothing is needed. We sit in chairs, but feel free to bring a cushion if you wish to sit on the floor.

You don't need to have meditated before to participate. Everyone welcome.
