How many people will join the session?

We like to keep our group sizes small, to ensure personalised attention and a more intimate, supportive environment for deeper practice. There will be a maximum of 8-10 people in the space.

What shall I bring with me?

Yoga mat/exercise mat (please do let us know in advance if you need one), journal/pen and paper, comfortable clothing (plus maybe a jumper or something for warmth), water bottle, your wonderful self and anything that may support you during the session!

Will I receive any information before the session?

We will contact you via email prior to the event, to welcome you and to support you to prepare for the session. We invite you to contact us in advance, to discuss anyway that we may be able to support you in the session.
