About this event

Meditation 4 week course

There is a saying that mediation is like bathing, it should be practiced daily and this 4 week course will give you the tools and techniques to do just that, but in a way that works for you.

We will explore the myths and truths about meditation, learn the different ways to meditate, understand how we can use it for a range of purposes and really appreciate the benefits it can give us.

Each week we will explore an aspect of meditation so that we build our knowledge but in a practical way that you can take away and use yourself. We will also share a guided meditation and experience relaxation, calm and grounding.

There will be time each week for some Q&A’s and plenty of resources to help you to explore further if you want to.

Jacqueline Munro runs her own therapy practice and school in Glasgow and has been teaching and leading meditation classes for the last 8 years. Come and enjoy her practical tips and knowledge and take home a powerful new technique to enjoy in your own way.
