Relax your body and mind as we guide you through a deep peace relaxation technique also known as Yoga Nidra followed by the kirtan meditation, the easiest, most effective form of meditation.

Yoga Nidra a time-tested relaxation technique, enables you to relax fully and consciously in a short period of time. It will leave you fully rested, rejuvenated, calm and free of stress.
