Meditation and mindfulness - Stop stressing, start living!

Begin the new year with a fresh approach to life. Learn how to overcome stress and develop a fearless approach to life through changing our understanding of the world and our relationship to the things around us.
Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo has taught meditation internationally for over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of meditiation. The emphasis of these events is to gain a practical experience of meditation that will bring benefit to everyday life.
Future events: This talk will provide an introduction to the follow on course also called Stop worrying, start living. This course runs for 5 weeks and can be attended on a drop in basis or you can book the whole course online: www.meditateinpeterborough.org.uk
Special retreat workshops: are held monthly with the following events coming in 2017
Retreat workshops run 10.30am-3pm and consist of three, one hour sessions of guided meditations and talks. Light lunch is provided. The fee is £20 and the events are to be booked in advanced via our website
