An introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation.
Starting with the basic principles of mindfulness and meditation and incorporating some self-hypnosis into the sessions.
I often find that when people first start to meditate, sitting in silence can be a real challenge. The techniques of self-hypnosis in combination with the practice of mindfulness really help with this initial difficulty ensuring students will get the most from the session.
Meditation focuses on the breath helping you to become relaxed, Mindfulness brings your attention to the moment and hypnosis helps you to focus internally. Whilst feeling deeply relaxed, I aim to give you some strategies to help maintain feelings of relaxation. This class aims to give you a tool-box to maintain or get what you need to live a more positive life.
