No experience necessary.
A wonderful start to your weekend!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- No late entry.
- Please arrive 10 mins before the start to allow you to settle in and get comfy.
- Doors will be locked at 8am prompt to ensure undisturbed session for all.
- *** EQUIPMENT IS NOT PROVIDED *** Please bring mats, cushions, pillows and blankets. The more stuff the better!
- Please see attached diagram showing car park spaces to ensure local residents are not blocked in.

Frequently asked questions
There is no equipment provided. Please bring anything that will make you comfortable! Yoga mat, cushions, bolsters, blankets, sleeping bags, duvets....... all is welcome. A water bottle, journal and mala beads are also welcome. Chairs are available if required.
Not at all! If you would rather stay silent throughout this is totally fine! You can just listen to any chanting that might be happening and still feel the benefit through the vibrations in the air. We wont always be chanting.
Absolutely! Whatever your experience level, complete beginner or long time meditator, if you can sit and breathe you will be fully part of the session!
Of course! We are mostly seated on the floor, with our final relaxation laying down. There are chairs available if you would prefer to be seated.
Our aim will be to bring a sense of calm, relaxation and an hour to just BE. Wherever you are in life right now, whether you're struggling with life's everyday challenges, dealing with grief or a difficult situation or looking to bring a regular practice to your life, this session is for you.

Yes! Plenty of spaces but please see diagram showing specific spaces to ensure we don't block any residents in.
Everything is invitational. This means if something does not resonate with you, that's perfectly OK! Just focus back to your breath and join in when you feel you can. There is no pressure.
Comfort is key. Yoga pants, jogging bottoms, even pyjamas! Whatever you're comfortable sitting down and lying down in. There is zero judgement here!
