VENUE: PJ’s Health & Fitness, Cartwright Street, Cleckheaton

Wind-Down for the weekend with these once a month Friday evening meditation classes suitable for beginners.

These relaxing meditation classes will focus on ways to let go of mental and physical stress and tension, clear your mind and feel more positive.

Seating is on chairs so no need for any special clothing, but feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor. Advance booking is required.

For your safety and peace of mind – This venue is nice and spacious so the chairs will be set out at least 1.5m apart. We would prefer people to wear a face covering until seated but understand that some people may not wish to. We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines and update here accordingly.
