Overview
Meditation classes to reduce stress and increase mental strength
Learn timeless methods for cultivating a peaceful, positive mindset and improving your mental wellbeing. Rooted in Buddha’s wisdom, these simple yet profound practices have been transforming lives for centuries. The classes help to overcome stress, mental exhaustion and discouragement and build a solid foundation for a more joyful and successful life.
The meditation classes are taught by Buddhist lay teachers, Kadam Ai Peng McBretney and Ralph Sueppel.
Kadam Ai Peng has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Through her experience of putting Buddha’s advice into practice, she presents the teachings in a clear and practical way that inspires us to develop inner peace, happiness and wisdom.
Ralph Sueppel is a lay Buddist practitioner who is studying on the Teacher Training Programme at Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre. He is an inspiring and engaging teacher who always teaches from his experience of putting Buddha's teachings into practice.
Each class includes guided meditations, instructions on training the mind, and Q&A, followed by refreshments.
Meditate comfortably in the tranquil space. No special clothing or experience is needed—just come as you are.
