Meditation Classes in Watford
Overview
In these classes you will learn how to develop a peaceful, happy mind through meditation.
The meditation sessions are taught by Gita Gupta, a lay Buddhist Teacher. She has been studying and practising meditation for many years on the Foundation Programme of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre. From her own good heart and practical experience she shares Buddha's advice about how to solve your daily problems of anxiety, stress, depression and other painful feelings.
There will be opportunities to ask questions and to talk to Gita after the class.
People find the classes stimulating, relaxing and enjoyable. In each class you will find something new and meaningful for your daily life, relationships and work. The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Everybody welcome!
