Using Buddha’s teachings you will learn the meditations and positive thinking

methods.
These meditation sessions are taught by Richard Batty, a lay Buddhist Teacher. He has been studying and practising meditation for many years on the Foundation Programme of Heruka Kadampa Meditation Centre. From his own good heart and practical experience he shares Buddha's advice about how to solve your daily problems of anxiety, stress, depression and other painful feelings.
