It's true. Things affect you less when you have a regular meditation practice. As Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman states "Soon after I started meditating, I felt I gained a true understanding of myself and was no longer just being reactive to events that came my way... I found that with meditation my anxiety levels dropped considerably".
Come along on Mondays to experience the joy of meditation for yourself! This class is ideal for experienced meditators or beginners (you don't need to have meditated before!). Each week is different, exploring different themes and techniques. We begin with a guided meditation led by me, followed by a short 5 minute break to loosen and stretch the body. We then resume with another guided meditation and complete with a free space to either be silent or share our experiences with each other :)
Classes are drop-in or you may save 10% by buying a course of 3. No need to bring anything - just be ready to enjoy yourself and be open to the peace and lightness you may feel!
